8 AM Vendors set up at Lost Creek Winery in huge wedding tent

10 AM  Registration and check-in open at Lost Creek Winery (You may register at the event); all vendors open at Lost Creek Winery; 

10AM-4PM  Vendors are open, food vendor, Silent Auction open.  No charge just to shop vendors.

11AM  Wine tasting and wine by the glass at Lost Creek Winery

4 PM vendors close for the day at Lost Creek;  Event moves to North gate Vineyards for the evening;  Fine dining available at the Grandale Restaurant at 868 Estate Vineyards near Purcellville,  about 5 miles from the Welcome event at North Gate Vineyards.  Also outdoor grill option.

5 PM Welcome party kicks off at North Gate Vineyards near Purcellville; Smokin' Willy presents dinner entrees including Pulled Pork, Chicken Quarters,  and Vegetarian Skewers, with two sides..

8PM Welcome event ends at North Gate Vineyards.

10AM-4 PM   Vendors and wine tasting open at main event at Lost Creek Winery

11AM  Mr. James Morgan will speak on the Battle of Ball's Bluff near Leesburg in 1861.  To be held on the picnic pavilion at Lost Creek Winery

          (also 11AM) Wine tasting opens at all wineries

1 PM-4 PM   Music by Gary Smallwood at Lost Creek

2 PM   Blessing of the Hounds by Rev. Susan Carol Roy, Director of Pastoral Care, University of Maryland Medical Center

2:30 PM  Ice cream social, free vanilla frozen yogurt for greyhounds, sponsored by Blue Ridge Greyhound Adoption

3:30 PM  Silent auction ends

4 PM  Event at Lost Creek ends for day;  off to dinner!

10 AM  Mr. James Morgan, Chairman of Freinds of Ball's Bluff Battlefield, will lead a walking tour of the battlefield (with greyhounds)

11AM Wine tasting hosted at rustic Willowcroft Vineyards and at Quattro Goombas Winery.   Check out the Quattro Goombas pizza!   All seven participatingl wineries are open for wine tasting.
