Please mail this form with your check made to BRGA (Blue Ridge Greyhound Adoption) to Grapehounds-Virginia, 339 S Churchtown Road, Narvon, PA 17555. Grapehounds tickets are $30 each in advance ($35 at the event) and include a commemorative wine glass, a welcome event, music, and wine tasting fees at six wineries. Advance registration closes May 5th.,2013.
