Grapehounds registration fees go to the costs of putting on this unique event in rural New York and the entire balance is donated to participating regional greyhound adoption groups.

You may register for the four-day Grapehound Wine Tour event by PayPal or by a check through mail.

Your weekend pass gives you:

An advance e-booklet prepared and sent out to you in early July telling you all about the weekend schedule, names and locations of vendors, directions, events and wine tasting locations, fees and policies;
Admission to our fenced six acre Grapehounds Central activities location with thirty plus national quality vendors;
A name badge required for entrance to the event throughout the weekend;
A home base which is fifteen minutes from 23 Seneca Lake wineries;
A gorgeous hand-etched Grapehound Wine Tour wine (or stemless water) glass;
Access to sandwich and chicken barbecue vendors;
Access to our blessing of the hounds and the ice cream social on Saturday;
Access to our concerts including the Seneca Lake Bluegrass band on Friday evening;
Access to talks on greyhound behavior and health by Claudia Presto of the Greyhound Gang in Kanab, Utah;
Ice cold bottled water throughout the weekend;
Access to sighthound baby-sitting services provided by Forever Home Greyhound Adoption of Middleburg, NY;
Access to shaded tent and sunny grassy areas where you can pitch a blanket, relax with your dogs, listen to music, sip wine or soft drinks, browse vendors and socialize with others who love greyhounds just as much as you do.

Wine tasting fees (usually $1-3 and often refundable with purchase) are paid separately at the wineries you choose to visit.

We will send you a confirmation for your event name tag pass by Email. We will also send your event booklet via Email in early July, so including an email address is very important. A mailing address and phone number are also important in case we cannot reach you for some reason by Email.

Your wine glass, name tag and other goodies for admission to The Grapehound Wine Tour events will be waiting at the admission desk at the event. We can put hundreds of dollars more towards greyhound adoption by staying green, saving printing and mailing costs, and running our event in this way.
