2009 Grapehound Wine Tour Vendor Application
July 23, 24, 25 & 26, 2009

All vending will be held at the grounds of the Finger Lakes Cabins at Mill Creek, 2382 Parmenter Rd., Lodi, NY 14860  [607-682-7673]

Bring a Tent   No hard cover shelter is available, so you will need to bring your own EZ-Up tent or similar shelter for protection from rain and sun. 

Tables             Tables can be rented locally by vendors.  Let us know if you need tables and we’ll find out what the cost
 per table for the weekend would be for a group rental for all the vendors who need them.

Location          We plan to have all vendors in a “high traffic” location.  We know how much money and time you put into this and
we want to help you do well at our event.

Space rental   Spaces will consist of approximately a 12’ x 12’ area.  You must stay in your numbered, designated space. You
must get prior approval from Larry B. to change location. 

Vending Times           We hope vendors will take some time and see the Watkins Glen area and taste some wine.  Vending may
take place at your discretion during the following times: 

Set up in your assigned spot(s) any time after 3PM on Thursday, July 23, 2009

Services   We plan to have food and bottled water available on location all weekend along with nice porta-potties (with sinks), greyhound babysitting, etc.

Overnight  You will have the option to leave your display set up over night.  Access to the property will be closed off for the night and should be secure.  Plan to bring what you need to enclose your tent for overnight or in case there’s a rain shower. 

Disclaimer      By signing this vendor application you agree to hold harmless the Grapehound Wine Tour, Inc. and the Finger Lakes Cabins at Mill Creek from any claim or liability for loss, damage or injury during the 2009 Grapehound Wine Tour event.
